BAC MEMBER PROUDLY SERVING IN WAR EFFORT

Greg Iannarelli sent to Kuwait in support of troops in Iraq & Afghanistan

Friends are encouraged to send letters of support to him while he is stationed overseas.
As we receive letters from him we will share them with you online.

John & Joe,

Hope all are well at Local #1. I am currently serving in Ramstein Germany which is the busiest hub in the world. As in Kuwait where I handled our wounded and fallen comrades as well as making sure all the ammo and supplies get to our troop ASAP. Here in Germany we support the whole Middle East and European theater. It’s been a grueling 12 to 14 hrs day, 5 on and 1 day off, but proud to be here serving. My next tour will be back to the desert (IRAQ). I earned my first combat status as a young Marine Infantryman in the 80’s. After my marine tour I joined the union, then many years later I joined the Air Force Reserves. I’m proud to be serving my country and look forward to getting back to work and being with my family. I thank you guys and the union for supporting me and our troops. Knowing that my family will be covered with benefits, I salute you all. We are the greatest nation. Don’t believe everything the media says. Our all volunteer force in the US is unmatched. Take care to all.

SEMPER Fi
