| In order to be reimbursed
for getting a TWIC Card you will need
to supply us with the following
1. Copy of PSM Card
2. Copy of OSHA Card
3. Receipt showing
payment for TWIC
4. Copy of TWIC Card
5. Dues must be paid
up to date
When we receive all of the above we
will then be able to reimburse you the
fee you paid.
We cannot send a check until the entire
list above is received.
